Tone Change

Formal, friendly, persuasive.

Tone Change keeps what your text says and changes how it sounds. Pick professional, friendly, excited or formal, and how strongly to apply it — subtle, normal or strong. Typical uses: making a blunt email polite, turning an internal note into something you can send a client, or warming up a cold announcement.

The rewrite is done by a cloud AI model, so it needs a free account and costs 1 credit per run. The text stays in its own language — English, German and Persian are recognised — unless you choose one of them as the output language.

How to use

  1. Paste the message or paragraph whose tone you want to change.
  2. Choose the tone and the strength; start with subtle or normal if the text is already close.
  3. Run it; 1 credit is used and returned if the run fails.
  4. Read it as the recipient would, adjust any sentence that now sounds off, then copy or download it.

FAQ

What is the difference between professional and formal?
Professional aims for clear, businesslike and polite — the tone of a good work email. Formal goes further toward official, distanced language, the register of letters to authorities or legal correspondence.
Will it change the facts in my message?
It is asked to change only the tone. With the strong setting it rephrases more freely, which is where a detail can shift, so check dates, amounts and promises before you send.
Does it work for Persian and German?
Yes. Persian, German and English text is recognised and rewritten in the same language. You can also have the result written in one of the other two languages.
What does it cost?
Each run costs 1 credit; a free account refills to 30 credits a month. The text is sent to the AI provider only to produce the answer and is not stored by Abzar.
