How Abzar processes and protects personal data.

Abzar processes account details, sign-in and session data, tasks performed, files submitted to a cloud tool, and limited server-log data. Tools marked as local run in the browser and do not upload the file.
Processing is used to provide the contract, secure the service, comply with law and, for optional analytics, only after consent under Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR and § 25 TDDDG.
The application and stored files are hosted in Germany on Hetzner infrastructure. Necessary content may be sent to the named AI provider for the selected cloud feature. If live Paddle checkout is enabled and used in the future, Paddle will process payment and subscription information as Merchant of Record.
If advertising is enabled on the Free plan, Google AdSense may serve ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, advertising consent is handled through a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. Depending on the user's choices, Google and listed advertising partners may process cookies or local storage plus device and usage data for ad measurement and personalized or non-personalized advertising.
Stored files are automatically deleted after the period shown for the selected plan: 24 hours for Free, 30 days for Plus and 90 days for Pro. Account data is retained until account deletion, subject to statutory records.
Newsletter addresses are pending until double opt-in confirmation. Marketing newsletters are sent only to confirmed addresses, every message includes an unsubscribe option, and unsubscribing removes the newsletter entry.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority.
