Summarize condenses a long text — an article, a report, meeting notes, a long email thread — into its key points. You choose how much to keep: one or two sentences, a medium summary or a detailed paragraph, written as running text or as a bulleted list.
The summary is written by a cloud AI model, so you need a free account and each run costs 1 credit. It comes out in the language of the text (English, German and Persian are recognised), or in English, German or Persian if you choose one. It works on pasted text only — this tool does not open PDF or Word files.
How to use
Paste the text into the box. For a PDF, copy its text out first, or extract it with PDF to Word.
Choose the length (brief, medium or detailed) and the format (paragraph or bullets).
Run it; 1 credit is used and returned if the run fails.
Check the summary against the source before you quote it, then copy or download it.
FAQ
Can I summarize a PDF?
Not directly — the tool works on pasted text. Extract the text with PDF to Word (or with OCR Text Extract for a scanned file), paste it here and summarize that.
Can it leave out something important?
Yes. A summary is a judgement about what matters, and the model can miss a caveat, a date or an exception buried in the middle. Use the detailed setting when details matter, and never rely on a summary alone for a contract or a medical text.
Does it summarize Persian text?
Yes. Persian, German and English texts are recognised and summarized in the same language. You can also ask for the summary in another of those three — for example a Persian article summarized in English.
How much text can it handle, and what does it cost?
There is no fixed input limit, and because a summary is short, long articles work well. Each run costs 1 credit; a free account refills to 30 credits every month. Abzar does not keep the text after the answer comes back.
