Terms governing use of Abzar and its software services.
These Terms govern Abzar, a browser-based workspace for PDF, image, audio, video, document and AI-assisted tasks, operated by Ali Talebpoor Amirhandeh. The selected plan states its included features, monthly processing allowance and file-retention period.
The Free plan is available now. Plus and Pro are planned monthly subscriptions whose features are shown for transparency, but live checkout is paused while Paddle reviews this website. After approval, a paid plan will provide the digital access described on the order page after payment confirmation.
For any future paid order, the current price, currency, taxes, billing period and next renewal date will be shown before checkout. When an order is placed through an enabled Paddle checkout, Paddle.com will act as Merchant of Record and process payment, taxes, receipts, subscription billing, cancellations and approved refunds.
You must use Abzar lawfully and may not upload or process unlawful content or content for which you lack the necessary rights.
No uninterrupted availability is promised. Liability is governed by German law; mandatory liability and consumer rights remain unaffected.
