Magic Edit

Select an area, describe the change.

Magic Edit changes a photo from a sentence. Type what you want — 'make the sky a sunset', 'add snow to the street', 'remove the sign on the wall' — and Google's Gemini image model applies it, with the instruction to stay photorealistic and change only what you asked for.

There is no area selection: you point at things with words, so name them clearly ('the red car on the left' rather than 'the car'). The model redraws the whole picture at about one megapixel, which means parts you did not mention can shift slightly. Some requests are declined by the model's safety rules; your credits are then returned. Magic Edit is a Plus tool, with one free try a day on a free account.

How to use

  1. Sign in and add the photo you want to change.
  2. Describe one change in a short, specific sentence — in English, German or Persian.
  3. Start the job (3 credits; on a free account it counts as the day's free try of a Plus tool).
  4. Check the whole image, not only the edited spot, and download it — or edit the result again for a second change.

FAQ

Can I select the area I want to change?
No. There is no brush or selection in this tool; the model works only from your text. To target something, describe its position, colour and size — 'the small white boat in the background'.
Why did other parts of the photo change?
The model regenerates the entire image instead of pasting in a patch, so faces, text and fine textures elsewhere can move slightly even when told to leave them alone. One focused change per run gives the cleanest result.
What kind of edits work best?
Lighting, weather, sky and colour changes, and adding or removing one clearly described object, work well. Exact text, precise logos, specific counts and keeping small faces perfectly identical are where generative editors still fail.
Who can use it, what does it cost, and where does my photo go?
It is included in Abzar Plus; a free account gets one free try of a Plus tool per day. Each run uses 3 credits, refunded automatically if the job fails or is declined. The photo and your sentence go encrypted to Google's Gemini API on a paid account, or to a backup provider if it is down.
