Crop Image keeps only the part of a picture you actually need — for a profile photo, product image, document detail or a cleaner composition. The crop is based on the visible selection and creates a new image at the selected pixel dimensions.
Cropping runs locally in your browser. PNG is the safe default when transparency matters; JPEG uses a white background because JPEG itself cannot store transparent pixels.
How to use
Choose the image and position the crop box over the area you want to keep.
Select PNG or JPEG when an output choice is available.
Create the crop and check the edges before downloading the new image.
FAQ
Does cropping reduce image quality?
The selected pixels are drawn into a new image at the crop's native pixel size. JPEG export can introduce normal JPEG compression; PNG avoids that kind of lossy encoding.
What happens to transparent areas in a JPEG?
JPEG has no alpha channel, so Abzar fills transparent areas with white before saving a JPEG.
Can cropping make a small image sharper?
No. Cropping removes pixels outside the selected area; it does not invent new detail or increase the resolution of what remains.
Is my image uploaded?
No. The image is loaded, cropped and exported locally in your browser.
