Does converting lose quality?
Converting to PNG is lossless. JPEG and WebP are lossy formats, so the quality slider controls the trade-off between sharpness and file size.
Why did my transparent PNG get a white background?
JPEG has no transparency. Convert to PNG or WebP if you need to keep the transparent areas.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. The conversion happens entirely inside your browser, so even a folder of private photos stays on your own device.
