Add Page Numbers places readable numbers on every PDF page without rebuilding the document. You can choose a starting number, top or bottom placement, left/centre/right alignment, and simple formats such as a plain number, “Page 3”, or “3 / 12”.
Numbering is performed locally in the browser. The page content remains in the PDF and a small text label is added on top of it.
How to use
Open the PDF and choose the first number to use.
Select the position and number format.
Create the numbered PDF, then check pages with crowded headers or footers before sharing it.
FAQ
Can numbering start at a number other than 1?
Yes. Enter the starting number and Abzar increments it for each following page.
Can I put numbers at the top or bottom?
Yes. The tool supports top or bottom placement with left, centre or right alignment.
Will existing text be changed?
No. Existing page content is kept; the number is added as a separate text element.
Is the document uploaded?
No. Page numbering runs in your browser and produces the new PDF locally.
